Shipping and Handling Fees

Shipping on orders above $150 will be free Alberta-wide. On orders below $150, shipping will be $19$. These shipping Rates refer to standard 3—to 9-day shipping by Canada Post or UPS. For Expedited shipping, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. These fees vary depending on the service requested, item weight, dimensions, and shipping location.

Sales Tax

Applicable provincial sales taxes based on Canadian place-of-supply rules are calculated at checkout and depend on the province of delivery.

    • Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 11 AM on a business day will be delivered on the same business day.
    • Next Business Day Delivery: Orders placed after 11 AM, or on weekends and public holidays, will be delivered on the next business day.
    • Special Same-Day Delivery Requests: If your order is placed after 11 AM and you require same-day delivery, please contact us at (587) 742-0222. We will endeavor to accommodate your request depending on our delivery schedule.
    • Free Delivery on Orders Over $100: Enjoy free delivery for local orders exceeding $100. This offer applies automatically to qualifying orders at checkout.

    Shipping Outside the Local Area

    • Shipping is available in most areas of Canada. Excluding Quebec and northwest territories. Additionally, Certain rural areas are excluded.
    • Dispatch Time: Orders for delivery outside of our local area will be shipped on the next business day.
    • Shipping Duration: The time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on your location and the shipping option you select. We work with reliable shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery. Expected delivery dates are visible at checkout and vary based on the shipping service selected by the customer.
    • Shipping Costs: Our standard rate for local delivery is CAD 12. Orders over CAD 100 qualify for free shipping. For shipping outside of our local delivery area, Canada Post or UPS will calculate the cost of shipping at checkout.
